Beverly Wilson is a Director of Retail Leasing & Sales at Value Insight Realty, advising retail tenants and landlords on leasing strategy, tenant representation, and site selection across the Greater Toronto Area and key Ontario markets. With more than 13 years of experience in commercial real estate, Beverly provides portfolio management services, market positioning, and the structuring and negotiation of retail lease and sale transactions in both urban and suburban environments.

Beverly is recognized for her hands-on, analytical approach and her in-depth knowledge of Ontario’s competitive retail landscape. She works closely with clients to evaluate opportunities, assess market dynamics, and navigate negotiations, ensuring real estate decisions align with operational goals and long-term business plans. Her experience spans high-street retail, power centres, enclosed shopping centres, mixed-use projects, and infill developments.
