Hoon Kang

Hoon Kang is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at Value Insight Realty, specializing in landlord and tenant representation and commercial property acquisitions across the Greater Toronto Area and key Ontario markets. He works with retail and industrial clients to identify opportunities and execute real estate strategies that support their business objectives.

Active in commercial real estate since 2022, Hoon has built a reputation for his commitment to understanding and executing the expansion strategies of his clients. Through his hands-on approach and focus on consistent execution, he has gained traction in the market and built strong client relationships. He combines market intelligence with insight into consumer behaviour and evolving industry trends to help clients make informed real estate decisions.

Hoon has represented local and international brands, including Big Way Hot Pot, Molly Tea, Pokin Pokin, Oliver’s Jewelry, and Bloom Cafe. He holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Criminology from York University and is a veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces.
