Sari Samarah

Sari Samarah is the Founder and CEO of Value Insight Realty. He specializes in retail investment sales and leasing, advising retailers, landlords and investors on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and expansion strategy across Canada.

His work sits at the intersection of leasing strategy and capital decisions, where tenant mix, lease structure and timing directly impact asset value, financing outcomes and exit strategy.

Across his career, Sari has been involved in transactions totaling over $350 million in aggregate value and more than 7 million square feet.

He has represented national retailers, emerging restaurant brands and private investors on strategic site selection, leasing and investment opportunities. Clients have included 7-Eleven, Loblaws, Wingstop, The Brick, Recipe Unlimited, Happy Belly Food Group, Fitness World, Funvilla, The Burger's Priest, California Sandwiches, Miznon, Extreme Brandz and The Kinka Family.

Sari has also transacted with many of Canada's leading landlords and developers, including RioCan REIT, Choice Reit, SmartCentres REIT, Skyline REIT, Starlight Developments, First Capital REIT, Cadillac Fairview, Oxford Properties, KingSett Capital, Dream, Liberty Developments, Desjardins Group, Medallion Corporation, Paradise Developments and Simon Property Group.
